Just add ¼ cup of white vinegar to your washer's. I had learned this also in our home when I accidentally poured white vinegar in our clothes. You shall try this in your home to believe.

You just have to apply a 3 tablespoon of salt in 1cup water then boiled it with your silver accessories for a 5minutes. I always use salt for cleaning my accessories.
