how did john Darwin manage to get the pass port?
when i appled for mine i had to have it signed by some one i got a magistate to sign it for me so who has done it for him
if you are forging a pass port you can fake authorisation too
it could have been some years ago that he got his passport
i know i just had to sign and say i agreed the person applying was who they said they were (in the past)
nowadays, the authorising signature now has to add their own pass port number - maybe he used his wife's? i don't know what her job is....
bank manager, teacher. doctor, are some of the people who can sign the photos
