Caddy Tray
i work at a bar and i make good money heres the problem?
last nite i sat my money caddy down to pick up my drinks and when i turned around my money was gone . $326 for the club and at least $160 in my tips. a split second i swear just to pick up my drinks and place them on my tray. the other girls i work with is upset that i make all the money but if im hustling i should make money. we have cameras in the club more than 20 so i asked my manager to look at tape he couldnt what is the damn cameras for now my question. i think 1 of my coworkers took the money cuz she was right by me. should i confront her or leave it alone?
im a female cant change that picture lol
i asked my manager to look at the tape he said he saw me put it down but couldnt see who took it. i had to pay the $326 before i left so i went the the atm
Ask the OWNER to check the DVR's on that night. If there are 20 camera's, he has invested a lot of money in surveillance for nothing if nothing is done with the system. The Manager may very well know what happened to the money and be protecting somebody. Refuse to repay the house money and demand your tip money. Speak with the Owner and only the Owner about this. The truth is on the Digital Video Recorders, any and all thefts should be reported. jump on this like stink on a chickens fanny!
addition: Well I guess keeping it between you and the Owner is out. BUT...if the Manager saw you lay it down he saw who picked it up! There is no way he couldn't catch the culprit unless he is a total Idiot. Once you find a target on surveillance camera's you can track that subject forward and backward from the time they enter the building until they leave or visa versa, and in some cases to the parking lot and beyond. They ( Manager & thief ) are blowing so much smoke up your butt, it's time to go to the Law. There is a Detective within the police Dept. that will rip them a new crapper!

Tips In Organizing Your Office
The feeling of nostalgia is the biggest hindrance that a person must face when organizing his office. The truth is when a person finds something that makes him look back in retrospect and think of the old days it would take hordes of men to separate him from that thing no matter how useless it is. These are some tips that you have to keep in mind when organizing your office.
• The first and most important thing to do is – START. This is the hardest thing to do considering the fact that clutter has accumulated through months and months of wanting to organize but somehow never got around to it.
• Plan. Map things out. Begin with the drawers and work your way outwards. Organizing your office would be easier and more productive if it is planned.
• Take away unnecessary items on the table. The copier, or even the printer is not supposed to be there. Printing and other paper works will distract you from important conversations on the phone and may give your client a feeling that you have a small office and may not be able to accommodate his/her corporate needs. Set up a separate table that is meant for the printer and the copier. For other additional clutter like books and journals, have someone set up a shelf that is either nailed to the wall or free-standing. This will let you have a space that's wider to work on. And much more, it creates a more organized and professional office look.
• Use the latest technology for your office paraphernalia. If your operating system or other software is not up to date, upgrade it immediately. Some of the files that are sent by clients may not be read with the use of the old software hence potential loss of profits. Invest in equipment that can have multiple functions such as a printer that can scan, photocopy and shred instead of having a single machine for each function. This will save more space. Information and data have to be kept in mind when organizing your office; it's not just what you can see.
• Buy trays and caddies. These simple yet helpful contraptions will be of great help in organizing your office. Files are much easier to find and the office looks very much organized.
• Open the pathways. Do you need to do a professional balancing act in order to get from one end of the office to the other with all the furniture hanging around? Take out anything that bars or hinders the pathways. This will make movements in the office faster and easier.
These are some tested ways to do in organizing your office, but they won't work if you won't do it regularly.
