SALISBURY , Md.- A puppy is lucky to be alive. Wicomico Humane Society Executive Director Linda Lugo said someone put two 8-week-old pitbull puppies inside a garbage bag, tied the bag in a knot and left it on Walston Switch Road near Route 50 in Salisbury.
