When I connect my easycap to a 4 port usb pcmcia cardbus, I get a BSOD with a 0x0000007f error.?

I tried the easycap on other computers in my house and they worked without a problem. Im trying to use it with the pcmcia cardbus because my laptop has usb 1.1 so I need the cardbus. I tried win2k and XP and it still gives the bsod with the error. I tried it without the cardbus adapter and I don't get the bsod, but there is a green overlay when I try to record without the cardbus so I need the USB cardbus. My question is, how can I get the easycap to work with the cardbus without a bsod. Is there a generic driver I could install to prevent the prblem? I think it might be the driver but im not sure.

If your pc get Blue Screen Of Death (BOSD) you have to check your pc heath, and then fix your pc directly.
